Polo S MK7 2008 model - back door passenger holding water

When it rains heavily, water collects inside the passenger side rear door on my 6 month old Polo. When you open the door a lot of water falls out onto your shoes!  I've been back to the dealership but the bodyshop says "no fault found". What can I / should I do?

Hi,
 I had the exact same problem with a 2007 Polo.It has been back at the VW dealer 4 times with the problem still unresolved.Until they put a new door seal on, there is no guide for the seal (just stuck on) around the door so they put it on using the other rear door seal as a guide and that cured the water gathering at the bottom of the door.

They weren't sure if it was manually or a robot that fitted it at the factory but it can be stuck over a wide band around the door frame, think this happens on other VW's too.
