Flushing a Radiator

Hi, im looking for help on how to adequately flush a radiator and fully replace the anti freeze mix please.
any good sites or instructions on how to do it right?

Undo the top and bottom rad hoses from where then meet the cylinder head. Put a hose pipe in the one that goes to the bottom and run the hose for a few minutes to reverse flush the rad. Refit hoses, refill with cold water plus some radiator cleaner from motor factors / halfords. Follow instructions on flushing stuff, then drain, refill clean water, run for a few mins, repeat 2 or 3 times with clean water to remove all flushing agent, then refill with correct antifreeze mix, will probably need 3 litres antifreeze.
