1.2 3 Cylinder Engine Woes

Hi, can anyone help with a problem with a 1.2 3 cylinder which has jumped its timing chain and wrecked the valvegear. VW produce a revised tensioner which was fitted but once again the valves are damaged. This time the crankshaft pulley bolt loosened and the oil pump failed and the chain jumped on the sprockets.
Is there any knowledge out there concerning this engine? Not the first one I've heard of! Beware!
